1. Site owner

2. Purpose of the estimator
The assistant helps organise requirements and generates an indicative complexity estimate. It does not constitute an offer, contract or guarantee of price, delivery time or feasibility. Any engagement requires human review and a commercial proposal confirmed by Magic AI Development.
3. Development tokens
“Development tokens” are an internal unit used to size the effort involved in designing, building, testing and delivering AI-assisted software. They do not represent hours, cryptocurrency, redeemable credits, actual tokens consumed by this conversation or the product's future operating consumption.
4. Simulated and official pricing
Users may freely change the price per million to explore different scenarios. This value is a simulation. Only a rate expressly marked as official by the administrator may be used as a commercial reference, and it will remain subject to the scope, assumptions and terms of the final proposal.
5. Acceptable use
The chat may only be used to define legitimate digital projects. Attempts to bypass its limits, extract instructions or secrets, automate abusive requests, introduce malware, infringe third-party rights or request unlawful projects are prohibited.
6. Code and private key
Users are responsible for keeping the six-digit code and private recovery key safe. Magic AI Development can locate a project by its code, but will never ask for the private key through Telegram.
7. Intellectual property
Using the estimator does not transfer ownership of any idea or information provided. The design, software, brand and content of this website belong to Magic AI Development or are used with permission. Ownership of a commissioned project will be governed by its specific contract.
8. Availability and liability
We may modify, limit or suspend the service for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an automated estimate or for access resulting from the loss or disclosure of recovery credentials.
