2. Data we process

When you use the estimator, we may store the project description, conversation responses, structured brief, estimates, simulated prices, estimate code, version history and the minimum technical metadata required for security and abuse prevention. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, banking details or special-category personal data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process this information to prepare and retain the requested estimate, allow you to resume it, respond through Telegram, improve scope accuracy and protect the service against misuse. The legal basis is the consent given before starting the chat and, when a proposal is requested, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

4. Artificial intelligence processing

Relevant conversation content is securely sent to OpenAI to structure the brief and generate the next question. The application requests that those responses are not stored on the provider's platform and keeps its own history in the Magic AI Development database. AI is not used to make legal decisions or produce a binding offer.

5. Data retention

Estimates will be retained while they remain active or are needed to manage the business relationship, retrieve the brief and protect the service. We will periodically review inactive data, and you may request its deletion through Telegram unless a legal retention obligation applies. Technical security logs will be kept only for as long as needed to investigate abuse.

When an estimate is deleted, it is removed from the active system immediately. Isolated backups may retain an earlier version for up to 30 days; they are not used for ordinary operations and, if they need to be restored following an incident, deletion requests will be reapplied.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, database, security and artificial intelligence providers acting as service providers or data processors. Some may operate outside the user's country; the required contractual safeguards will be applied where applicable.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and you may withdraw your consent, by contacting us through the official Telegram account and providing the estimate code. We may request reasonable additional information to verify your identity before disclosing a brief.

8. Security and user responsibility

Each estimate is identified by a six-digit code and is also protected with a private key. You must keep both details secure and never share the private key through Telegram. Although we apply technical and organisational safeguards, no Internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.

9. Minors and sensitive content

The service is intended for professionals and people over 18. Do not enter information about minors, medical records, unauthorised trade secrets or other sensitive data in the conversation.
